At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the UK.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, please allow 0–3 business days for your order to be processed.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
How Do I Cancel an Order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you may need to wait for the item to arrive and then request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Lost Packages
We consider a package lost in transit if the tracking information has not updated for 35 days.
If your tracking information has not updated for 35 days, please contact us at harveyyspencer@gmail.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, process a replacement.
Delivered Packages
If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered, including delivery confirmation or a delivery photo, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery has been completed.
If you believe your package was stolen or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us at harveyyspencer@gmail.com so we can help review the issue.
Why Don’t You Use Boxes to Ship Orders?
We aim to reduce packaging waste where possible. Some orders may be shipped without traditional shoe boxes in order to reduce shipping costs and lower environmental impact.
